This week I've been whizzing around in my Webblicopter and from up above I could see lots of rooftops and some of these had solar panels! As Webblipeeps we just love environmentally friendly things which is why solar panels are so great! They use energy from the sun ('solar' means 'of the sun') to power our homes. This is a renewable energy resource and it is much much better than gas (a non renewable energy resource) because it will not run out for trillions of years.
This is a house with solar panels on the roof, however, the majority of homes don't have them. Solar panels are very expensive but hopefully in the future they will be produced cheaply and everyone will be able to help the environment a little bit more. Solar energy is good because being green is great! Teehee!

Just to prove that Wez isn't the only one with green wellies round here I thought I'd try my hand at this game but it was harder than I thought to keep my garden under control! Hope this will inspire you BUDDING (teehee!) gardeners to go and do some real planting in your garden or window box - there's some great seeds for sale in the garden centre - what about a giant pumpkin or some yummy tomatoes - mmm!
